Assistant HR Manager / Sr HR Executive (Talent Management focus)

Job Purpose: 

Execute full spectrum of HR activities and deliver Talent Management initiatives to enhance business performance. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager - Business Partner for Head Office and CoE Talent Acquisition & Management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process
  • Ensure all Human Resources activities such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations and terminations are appropriately executed
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and delivering key Talent programs for the overall development of capability across the organization. Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent processes
  • Support the CoE Talent Acquisition & Management in maintaining key management and personal development programs
  • Contribute to projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent


  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with expertise in Talent Management 
  • Results-driven, collaborative, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of the business
  • Experience in implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, career development, talent management and succession processes 
  • Strong project management and English communication skills
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint
