We are looking for a vibrant, energetic and out-spoken leader to develop creative and tactical 360-degree marketing programs, while executing a regional plan that will deliver targeted sales and top of mind awareness for the “Accounts”. The Accounts include: Lane Crawford Women’s & Men’s Shoes & Accessories departments, Shoespace, and On Pedder for Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia.
What your day to day looks like
As the leader for central planning, you are expected to implement the marketing plans and communications strategies that are in line with the brand images for the “accounts”. Having strong Media/ PR connections will help you with the strategic planning for local, regional and international media plans. On the financials, you need to look after the annual budget, analyse, evaluate and monitor the expenses for each campaign on an on-going basis.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful applicant, you must hold a degree in marketing with at least 7 years of all rounded experience in marketing, multi-brand retailing would be preferable. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders management skills for both external and internal parties. In order to cope with the pace and manage the team, strong leadership, flexibility and the ability to deal with deadlines and dynamics are expected. English and Chinese are essential.
