Key Accountabilities

In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with brand team on operational and administrative support
  • Prepare sales related reports, e.g. weekly, monthly and seasonal sales reports
  • Provide operational administrative support for stores

 

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication, numerical and analytic skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Able to multi task and coordinate among different departments
  • Experience in handling administrative work is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
  • Fresh Graduates / Students are welcomed
