Senior Marketing & Communications Executive - Stuart Weitzman & Gianvito Rossi

Job Purpose

To provide support on implementation of all marketing and public relations programmes for Stuart Weitzman and Gianvito Rossi.


Key Accountabilities

In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the marketing team in the execution of various marketing activities, such as product launch, advertising & promotion campaigns, PR (traditional & social media), events, etc for Stuart Weitzman (Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan/Singapore) and Gianvito Rossi (Hong Kong/Singapore)
  • Prepare proposals and reports for brand team and/or Headquarter validation on all marketing activities
  • Manage in-mall advertising booking and arrangement
  • Submit Marketing payment weekly
  • Arrange SMS sent out and EDM blast out with retail team and e-Commerce team
  • Response to landlord marketing team emails on promotions and marketing activities
  • Handle discount code and shoes write off to support in-store marketing activities
  • Act as a bridge between the brand team and internal Visual Merchandising team to support Visual Merchandising setup during the seasonal campaign launch and mark down period
  • Assist Manager to organize marketing projects and ad-hoc projects
  • Liaise with external parties, e.g. agencies, event production, catering and supplies
  • Manage the CRM program and VIP database
  • Inform retail staff regarding the marketing events in store
  • Share the Global PR assets with the retail store team
  • Handle samples, PR loan request and monthly clipping reports (Gianvito Rossi only)
  • Align the store information in all communication channels
  • Arrange budget claim document in the season end


  • Degree holder in Marketing, Media Relations or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of solid experience in marketing preferably gained from sizable organization
  • Highly organized with good logical skills, curious and/or passionate about Fashion Retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with different stakeholders
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Chinese is mandatory with conversational Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS office applications
