Job Purpose

 

To assist the buying team in ensuring the stores achieve their sales plan through efficient movement of stock.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

In addition to following Pedder Group’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support the Buyer / Associate Buyer in merchandise management including closely monitoring stock allocation, warehouse schedules and deliveries, and other logistics administration
  • Communicate with international vendors, warehouse, stores, logistics, as well as other operation counterparts to ensure merchandise requests are dealt in an efficient manner
  • Follow up on order confirmation, ensure prompt delivery, and manage stock re-allocation
  • Ensure an up-to-date database by maintaining accurate item coding, product and price information on a regular basis
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and seasonal sales reports

 

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles/ Merchandising related/ Business discipline
  • Passionate about fashion
  • Good organization, numerical, analytical skills
  • Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates with potential are welcomed
